Yes. It's quite popular amongst that crowd to claim the CIA essentially proved psychic powers were real.
The CIA absolute did investigate and put to use people who claimed to be mediums/psychics/remote viewers but the research was shuttered and discredited.
Not before a couple guys had a lot of fun dropping acid though
(And a bunch of people in MK Ultra proper had a significantly less chill time)
Was MK Ultra the one where they drugged their own employees or the general population? (or was it both?)
