Not much traffic here. Post up some of your favourites. Tuesday nights are good with THH22M, and Son of a Critch.

Every night when getting home from work is the CBC local news then CBC News Network live stream. Doing my part by subscribing to the CBC Premium app.

Hopefully CBC will be on Lemmy soon, Global News is already here.

I put up a similar post (focused on CBC Gem) in the main Canada community: https://lemmy.ca/post/40558515 and had some pretty cool answers!

I've started second screening the National and Power n Politics while Slaying the Spire (makes playing video games feel productive!) though, as I don't have cable, I sometimes have to stream it on youtube because as far as I can tell, if you aren't watching live, there's now way to start the broadcast at the beginning on CBC Gem.

I actually saw your post on the main sub, and thought you post similar on this sub, the only CBC sub I could find Thank you for the idea.

The loss of being able to watch the local news from a recording, after being played live, is one of the greatest losses with the Gem app. Often not home from work before 6:00. Used to be able to do that.
