Well I find it very authoritarian of Poland to be arresting this woman. She's allowed to sell her 56 kidneys if she was born with 57. You only need one to survive.

Let's not forget that under Stalin's regime all these 56 kidneys (private property) would end up seized and forcibly redistributed
