What are your experiences with Anhedonia?

For me I think I sometimes have it, activities I usually like don't feel rewarding enough. Could be regular depression or seasonal one, but I'm unsure. It's like a state of perpetua boredom yet anything I do doesn't get me out of it, if I have the motivation to do that. For a while I said it's burnout, probably my environment isn't the best

Didn't know there is a word for this. I definitely have it, but it's just a symptom in my case and kind of normal.
