Bezos doesn't want to save the WaPo, nor does he want to make it successful, anymore than Elon Musk wants to save Twitter or make it succesful, They both bought themselves a mouthpiece, quality and value be damned: they have enough money to run them into the ground and not lose a minute of sleep.

I predict the WaPo will turn into the upcoming American Reich's Pravda: the truth and nothing but the truth that the Trumpistas want you to see.
