Whatever happened to "Warda"?

Basically you give people a year to evacuate, then after that you gate off Florida, allow people to take any guns they want in and enforce their own laws personally, as they please. Whatever happens, happens, it's Warda afterall...

Disney may need a private military, and an ingress lane from the sea... but they got money.
