Today I and my dad opened his Christmas beer with rosemary. It is great, lighter for special beer and with notes of rosemary.

This photo is from few weeks ago when I connected with few guys for homemade cider tasting. Mine ciders will be for tomorrow, and all are great.

Ciders and cysers are perfect drinks for Gravmas celebration! Although myself I'm planning citrus melomel for the evening, brings up childhood memories. Tried to share photos of 3x decoction weisen from the eve, but lost fight to foam miserably, for it was not the first bottle for the evening.

My wife said that Christmas specials should be made on Christmas for the next one. Sounds legit. I think that'd be my plan for now.

Why do you think I used few weeks old photo?

(Yeah I had too much of it and realized too late that I should take a photo also it didn't had a photogenic foam.)

The year wait for Christmas specials is interesting idea, but it should be something that can survive the aging.
