Undocumented students is the only reason farm towns even still have schools to send kids to. Seriously in my mid sized city we were closing schools due to drastic drop in kids. Actual citizens were having to drive 30 plus min one way to get their kids to school. But then we had a migrant explosion and schools started to open back up.

and there are repeated stories of migrants revitalizing communities on the decline like the video of the ohio resident mocking ohio conservatives for their views on the haitian refugees.

i used to think that the absence of this news from legacy media was merely a blind spot; but watching them try to silence luigi's fan club makes it clear me that this was always intentional.
