Okay, from my eyes (not playing video games):

I can only guess that there is a group of people that's more hardcore (???) because they're getting paid to play?

Now that I have googled, the meme probably talks about the Nvidia shield? That is likely considered inferior to a tower in the gaming community? And the gist is, that people whose job it is to play, use these.

And this is where I'm completely lost. Maybe people claim they need a good Power Supply Unit to be able to go pro? But wouldn't that be more like a GPU or something?
