Very roundabout way of avoiding VIP individuals from being given protection

Sure, let's ban masks

What are you gonna do if they still wear them? Maybe they wear something else, maybe less available, but a whole lot more convincing, maybe something that disguises their face completely and shows a different person's face in front?
