Government is just the tool the for the rich and the rich made their position clear. Plebs are just in denial about it.
Social policy of western regimes speaks for itself. Extract surplus value of labour from domestic population, if they don't reproduce, import people to make the uo difference.
The answer is never to make life decent for the worker tho
