They should just make all plays reviewable. The point of limiting reviews was to limit the time wasted in instant replay and the system we have now does that marvelously as well as making it an interesting element of the game. I realize they want to keep from calling officials calls into question but they show the replay of the call on the field 100 times anyway - we can all see if it's right or wrong and if it's an important enough call to challenge, the officials should have the opportunity to get it right.
The officials just tanking the absolutely shit out of PI replay should have got every single one of them fired for it.
But that's what would happen. They'd just refuse to make the obvious correct call every single time.
