I haven’t looked into it took much apart from when it was announced and it was discussed by people.

I’m not sure what the improvements are going to be like with the Pro to be honest but the impressions initially weren’t great. It was nailed hard because of how expensive it was going to be combined with having to buy a disc drive and maybe possible a stand.

The idea was that you could access 4k at 60 frames instead of 4k 30 frames.

@tinybreak makes good points. Plus admittedly I only play a few hours a week.

That extra $450 is a couple of insane nights out or just saved.

I reckon I'll grab the standard next week.
