Ebikes, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, longboards, eboards, motorcycles, skates, unicycles: Whatever floats your goat, this is all things micromobility!

micromobility is seen as a potential solution to moving people more efficiently around cities"

It's a little sad that we need to actually say this, but:

Don't be an asshole or you will be permanently banned.

Respectful debate is totally OK, criticizing a product is fine, but being verbally abusive will not be tolerated.

Focus on discussing the idea, not attacking the person.

ENGWE does not seem to be notifying their US customers about this, as usual: Their customer experience is a dumpster fire.

Contact them ASAP for a fix, but good luck because my experience with their support has been total dog shit. Never again will I buy from them and you shouldn't either.

Update: Apparently this is for EP 2 Pros bought in 2024.

Of course they did.

https://old.reddit.com/r/EngweEbike/ never answered their AMAs, the sub has been abandoned for a long time.

This was right after they came back onto the sub and made a post saying "Hey, we're back, let's reconnect!"

I guess they weren't serious about that. I tried contacting their support e-mail and was told not to worry about it. Really? Don't worry about the battery that may or may not burst into flames? Not even sure how to respond to that one.
