If anyone actually read this article, it only breaks if you use a script from a random YouTuber. You can disable it manually via settings and it does not break anything.

Chris Titus has been a leader in the IT field prior to YouTube for longer than you've probably been alive
His work in this case discovered that windows has made Recall a dependency for file explorer, and disabling it in windows is not the same as removing it from your system.
