An Australian community for everything from your backyard to beyond the black stump.

Topics may include Aussie plants and animals, environmental, farming, energy, and climate news and stories (mostly Aus specific), etc. New related communities will be split off when required, think like subcommunities that exist on that other platform.

Trigger Warning: Community contains mostly bad environmental news (not by choice!). Community may also feature stories about animal agriculture and/or meat. Until tagging is available, please be aware and click accordingly.

OK, so Daddy long legs get free roam because they mind their own business, can't hurt us and keep the small bugs down, they got jobs and families to support and they just chill out.

Huntsman kill the bigger bugs so they can chill inside, along as they dont come too close to people, they will sneak down to watch TV or try jump scare your naked ass in the shower, if they do that or worse, evicted!

The smaller ones like white tails and red backs are outside spiders or at best, shed spiders, they keep those areas bugs down.

Wolf spiders can fuck the fuck right off, they have no right to inside or outside.

Orb spiders own the outside, there's nothing we can do about that.
