Honestly it was just a fan token for his goodbye. He did nothing to deserve it in this race

I think everyone knows that, Danny included, but it was nice to see his fans rally around him.

It’s been so sad to watch him since Abiteboul convinced him to leave Red Bull. Turns out he’s HIGHLY dependent on the car matching his driving style, and Red Bull had that car.

If only he had stayed, or if he had adapted enough to get Pérez’s seat, I think his career trajectory would’ve been very very different.
