did any actual domestic chip foundries come out of the CHIPS Act or did they just pocket the money like they usually do

That's surprising lol. Anyways good luck to the Biden admin convincing corpo parasites to switch to more expensive supply chains out of patriotism or the goodness of their hearts or whatever
