Wisconcom = Communist from Wisconsin

Here, Wisconsin = Place in America
America = Capitalist
Com = Communist = Opposite of Capitalist

Since China =/= Capitalist, China = Opposite of America
Beijing = Place in China
Cap/Fash = Capitalist/Fascist = Opposite of Communist

Ergo, Beijingcap/Beijingfash = Capitalist/Fascist from Beijing, the opposite of a Communist from Wisconsin

So basically the rapper Xiangyu?

He's basically a reich-wing Taiwanese nationalist. He hates LGBT people and has a bone to pick with furries, and he thinks that social policy to the left of Benito Mussolini is "woke" nonsense. He also claims he would support the PRC liberating Taiwan yet admitted he would serve his role as a Taiwanese collaborator out of some "duty" horseshit.
