I'm all about insulting pathetic losers like him, but the content of this picture isn't what makes him a loser. Gutting Twitter, releasing that horrible car and being a sexual abuser are what make him a loser.
No offense to other guys with long hair who wear leather.
The thing is that he's a poser who sold out. The other guys with long hair and leather ought to feel like this dude is a shmuck who liked the aesthetic but never got the soul.

The context of this picture if I recall, is that it was a costume for a Halloween party... which if true completely removes the cringe factor of the outfit, as youre supposed to wear silly costumes for that. If Elon had an ounce of social acuity he would just own it.
And even if its not a Halloween costume, I dont get the hate for someone having fun dressing up. There are a billion other reasons, as you mentioned, to hate him.
But it's a cool picture so what if he's using reverse psychology to try to distract us from current Elon with cool past Elon
