But safe supply saves lives, that's why all hard drugs must be made legal for public consumption to help save everybody's life!. Or you can quit being gullible.
Prohibition only serves to kick someone who's already down.
Attack the problem closer to the root cause: by providing a safe environment to those afflicted by an addiction and lead them towards sobriety, is better than attacking the symptom: by punishing them for it and leaving them on their own with so little resources there are for them already.
These people got addicted because it's a cry for help, they are so desperate that they are seeking relief from their physical and emotional pain any way they can, to a point where they fall into a vicious circle that is extremely hard to get out of.
Rehabilitation > Oppression in most cases.
Shame on you for not being compassionate and for refusing to listen to medical advice.
