So does this mean India and China will both participate in this system financial with one another and cooperate? If so that sounds kinda big honestly.

Folks this is massive. Circumventing the dollar, reducing all political sanctions leverage of 'the west', ending IMF/World Bank economic hegemony.. absolutely massive
