We Germans had bad experience with female MODs... All corrupt or just plain shit.
Hope yours are better.
Besides what other have said, by my count we've already had 2 female MND. One became Prime Minister. The other was fairly recent, IMHO did a good job, and has a bright future in politics.
She's not minister. She's the military CHIEF. A general.
This is for chief of defence staff, not minister of defence. She still has to answer to our incompetent politicians
