Just a general thread about running. How's your running going? What are you training for? Did you get new shoes? Sporting an injury etc.

8 seconds is very close, you are definitely capable of running that pace. I think you'll crack it with your next attempt!

Oh its going to happen!! It felt like the hardest thing I have ever done. Looked at my stats afterward and realised I was probably only hitting 75% of my effort.
