They don't really work and besides a few days of feelign like shit with brain zaps I'm not sure why I bother?

Best case scenario I become suicidal again and kill myself.

I think you've got all the advice you needed and I don't want to leave this open which could attract trolls.

So basically:

  • Set your alarm for 8:00 on Monday and hammer the appointments line at your GPs.
  • If you are struggling to make it through until then, phone the Samaritans.
