Bet they spoke in that calm psycho Karen voice and made veiled threats. These people think that if you don’t shout and don’t make direct threats that you can say anything to a person.

Man if I went to the doctor's office and started giving unsolicited fashion advice to fellow patients they would can my ass too.

Giving unsolicited medical advice to fellow patients is just asking for it.
