We need to break up the grocery conglomerates. Nowhere else in the world is the food system so heavily monopolized and vertically integrated. Go tell an American about Cara Foods/Recipe Unltd[1] โ they wonโt believe you!

They operate a bunch of mediocre chain restaurants, not grocery stores - unless I'm missing something?
