I was thinking about this; I know it's hard to change from what you always have known and experienced as normal, so it's not easy to transition out of animal products, but the carnists who show up here to argue with us literally seem crazy to me; their one constant answer is always it's ok to murder and torture animals, and they can never give a good reason why.

It was a huge change for me. But now that I've made it, I cannot believe their endless faulty logic they cling so desperately to for NO reason.

I eat meat. I don't think y'all are crazy. I think there are a lot of reasons y'all have right. More importantly, it's not my place to tell you you're wrong either. I would encourage the group here to just ignore the people that come here just to be petty and argumentative.

So long as you're being healthy and honest with yourself then go for it.

The meat industry is absolutely fucked. You're not wrong, I eat less meat and try to be conscious of the reasoning. But in the end bickering about it either way changes no minds.
