Dukat had a daughter (Ziyal I think), but I don't think Garak had one. Its not easy keeping up with the cardassians.

ohh yeah! Dukats daughter. I saw her more with Garak, that's why I associated her with him

Dukat had several children but only one is seen on screen. Garak probably doesn't have any children, but since Garak has a rare gift for obfuscation no one but truly knows. I've seen Keeping Up With The Carrdassians 9 wayyyy too many times.
