https://twitter.com/FiorellaIsabelM/status/1519834078887002116 and https://realprogressives.org/beware-false-quotes/ is what i found, don't think it was actually said by fidel, but i don't speak spanish and can't investigate

It doesn’t look promising: Google searches for before 2020 seem to come up dry, even when I try to search for what I imagine the original quote in Spanish might have been.
