the tldr is that i have this one game that only likes xbox controllers, and steam input doesnt work to fix it

I think sc-controller should be able to do that. It was originally developed for the Steam Controller. But as far as I know it works with others as well.

id try it but it doesnt launch for me, it just says "an error occured"
