I still don't get it... Then people can show their love for the game and engage in the discussion.

It's not like the comment comes across as trolling or anything... You don't need to upvote it, but downvoting is unnecessarily hostile to someone who could be a fan too.

Why would everything in this community need to be completely positive about Cyberpunk? Isn't it the widespread criticism that led CD Projekt RED to go back and make fixes?

Yeah, I generally view all federated instances. So I saw a post about a game that I put a lot of time into and expressed my opinion.
