There's no way vague posting isn't still a thing. People have always been and will always be passive aggressive sadsacks from time to time. It's just changed formats, not disappeared completely.

my discord status for the past, fuck me, 5 or 6 years now, has been some form of vauge moodposting because it amuses me.

It's very cryptic and means almost nothing though.
