Totally unrelated to the Boeing that lost a wheel last week or the Boeing that had "a strong movement" today, injuring 50.

That's pretty fucked up, sorry, I was on my phone.

fixed the link

I don't use it anymore, but some friends who are still on FB tend to grab whatever link gets copied onto the clipboard and share the spaghetti links like this with a bunch of trackers. I'm guessing this one was Twitter. But regardless, I'm always thinking, do they not notice or care??

Firefox has a new context menu option "copy link without tracking". Super handy

NEAT! And I was just thinking about making my own extension.

They dont know. I work in IT and it took some time for my partner to understand why i hate such links and where she can cut the parameters of. But from now on almost all links she sends are clean and I am grinning everytime, knowing that she learned about those pesky trackers and actually decided to fight 'em.

Firefox has an option to auto remove trackers for sharing.

If they are still using Facebook, they most likely have a limited understanding of the internet, and have no idea what query parameters are, so they think the full "link from the Google search bar" is required
