  1. π‘΄π’†π’Žπ’†π’” must make an effort at humor

Webster's Dictionary defines "meme" an image or video that's been creatively edited for laffs. Unedited screencaps of text tweets, Onion articles, or political cartoons are not memes. Exceptions made for occasional [CONTEXT] posts: unedited newsworthy media that can act as fodder for new memes.

  1. Memes must π’Žπ’‚π’Œπ’† 𝒂𝒏 𝒆𝒇𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒕 at humor

Memes should be decent-looking, clever, and show some creativity (including the title). No sloppy editing. No watermarks. No reposts.

  1. Memes must make an effort at π’‰π’–π’Žπ’π’“

Memes should be funny first and foremost. Not angry, preachy, or insulting. No unironic #hashtags. If your meme is mainly promoting or advocating or WAKING PEOPLE UP, ur doing it rong. NSFW content is fine, but no uncensored porn/violence.

  1. No personal attacks

It's politics -- folks are gonna argue! Just do it respectfully. Hostility and vulgar insults are subject to removal with a warning, while repeat offenders may be banned. Memes should not target individual users. No racism/misogyny/*phobia/other bigotry. For harassing PMs, block the user or report serious threats.

  1. No brigading or disinformation

Do not link to specific posts or users directing others to vote. Do not link to stuff here from elsewhere doing so, either. If you suspect brigading, report evidence to the mods. Unsubstantiated claims cannot be acted on. Activity on other communities is not brigading. Disagreeing with you is not brigading. Accusations in the comments are subject to removal. Blatantly misleading posts will be tagged and debunking info stickied if provided.

  1. Submissions must relate to a presidential election

This can be any election from throughout U.S. history. It cannot be a gubernatorial, senatorial, or other election unless that election involved a future president and is presented in context of their presidency or their election. The 2024 election is ramping up, but we encourage users to branch out.

Give Stein's team a break, the forms don't come in Russian.

To be fair, Trump has had a policies page on his website for much longer than Kamala Harris.

I'm not going to pretend Harris is not the only sane yet realistic option atm, but those "policies", at least what's shown in that screenshot here…
Those aren't policies, those are empty feel-good slogans. They are ambitions at best, and extremely vague ones at that. You could come up with just about any actual policy from just about any political camp and make a passable argument for how it fits in there.

They're from her campaign website, and they expand to give more detail.

That said, while the meme calls them policies, the website only lists these as issues. It's a general outline of her positions, not drafts of proposed legislation or anything like that.
