Okay, so now we know that Earth has the necessary elements for life to form. We won't be able to confirm it actually has until we go there.

Good news everyone!

Not for long.

its a control test people.

I about gave myself an aneurysm deliberately and pedantically (and dare I say, facetiously) trying to parse this as written (lack of punctuation) rather than as intended.

Any such pain is well deserved, of course, but still.

Best guess, something owns or has some oversight of an entire group of human (or at least sentient) control tests (or control testers) that are identified by the letter 'a'.

There is no conclusive evidence that its b control test people are better than its a control test people.

Thank god they cleared that one up. I was worried there for a moment.

Oh don't worry, we're working on fixing that. There may be life on Earth, but no intelligent life.

But yes, I see now I misread the original comment...

cows are pretty smart too though

[–] [email protected] 2 points 2 months ago (1 children)

They are so curious too. It's so cute how curious they are. You go stand by a meadow with cows and they'll all come running towards you to check you out. Then you walk away and they'll just walk along.

Cows are incredible and I love them so much! I really do have to credit that sub for opening my eyes to how awesome they are though. I always thought they were pretty brain dead before, and then I started looking into it. That sub is the most effective argument for vegetarianism I've ever seen.

Cows. Big Moo-y girls. They get very animated and goofy when they're happy and it's adorable
