Unless your using a VPN and pay for 4chan premium, no. They can still see your IP address and hand it over if the authorities need.

4chan has never really been anonymous as the 4chan party van parked out front will tell you
So all that "Anon this", "Anon that" is just silly talk
The users are anonymous to each other mostly. Not to the server.
check this, https://4chan.org/index.php, looks like it bypass cloudflare, at least I don't see their check there and can access site with TorBrowser, but you still need working captcha to post
don't let them know to fix it :)
