Totally understand why Haas made the call on wets, surprised more lower teams didn't try it

But equally surprised they put both drivers on wets.. smart choice for lower field runners surely would be split strategy?

My view is that they thought they're so low they might as well send it. What happens if it goes wrong? They finish last in the Constructors'?

yeh, im more surprised other teams didn't give it a shot.

Like why did Red Bull not take a punt with Perez, faster cars, on wet tyres, he could have made up a ton of places if it worked out.

Of course Checo fucking takes the piss. It'll be fun to see who Red Bull put in that second seat in 2025. Maybe Sainz? Tsunoda?

I mean, Checo has been renewed for 2025, and option for 2026...

but that all could change but it would cost RB a lot of $$

Any bets on whether Leclerc will be able to finish?

Excellent start by K Mag. Disastrous for Ricciardo.

I normally like most of the drivers but George bothers me

Kick Sauber starting from the pits?

They broke parc ferme, to change their setup.

Ooo, wet race.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago (1 children)

Its raining so I hope we get an exciting race!

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago (1 children)

Fingers crossed.. if it starts raining harder I'm sure they won't hesitate to red flag it.

As long as it starts before the rain hopefully we will be fine. Without the cars to dry it, yeh.

My concern is it gets red flagged due to a crash, then it rains loads
