I don't know unions would have standing for a lawsuit - wouldn't the lawsuit have to be filed by a competitor?

How about, and I know it's gonna sound crazy, WE APPLY THE NDP'S PLAN AND QUEBEC'S EXAMPLE AND INCLUDE MEDICATION COVERAGE IN HEALTH CARE???
