Control over milk turned out to be surprisingly effective.

What did you do with your superpower of controlling milk?
Sadly, I was not granted this power - in fact, it wouldn't be inaccurate to say I had the opposite.
This was just a reference to the show Misfits, in which people were granted apparently random superpowers during a freak storm. The main characters are very powerful, but face a surprising challenge by someone with the seemingly weak power of control over milk.

Reading books
The ability to visit peoples' dreams, like in Inception. If you haven't seen Inception, you might just think it's a cool gimmick that allows you to see what things people wander off doing in their sleep, but the main character, played by Leonardo DiCaprio, is on the run from the government because he's using it to gain hidden knowledge and influence people who don't suspect anything is up, almost infinitely. I myself saw him in my dreams too, though I didn't say a word.
X-Men Cypher. The power to instinctively know/understand all languages.
This is the best, most OP, power set that is nonviolent in nature.
You’re never gonna take over the world and rule with an iron fist, but using a liberal definition of “languages”, there’s not much you couldn’t do. And it would fly under the radar too. No one would be gunning for you like they would be gunning for Superman or any other high level power set.
Sit back, rule the poker world, be a software mogul, sleep with beautiful people, etc. You may not rule the world, but you could live a life of idle luxury without much effort.
You're being very liberal with how you interpret "language" here.
I don’t understand how instinctive knowledge of a language automatically makes you a master at skills which use that language.
I know C++ but I’m not a master at embedded systems.
Just because I can speak with a beautiful woman doesn’t mean I can successfully flirt with her.
I mean, Body language is a bit of a stretch too. I wonder if that was canon.
Being able to puke on command.
Simply puke into someone's face and make it look like a health issue. There is no way they can retaliate, no one would kick a sick man.
That's not really a super power. I'm able to make myself puke on command not using anything. I can't imagine I'm the only one who's able.
You have more superpowers than Shaft.
I would not have expected that...
But don't be so negative, congrats to your powers!
You’ve never been to Oakland, have you?
