To be honest, I initially thought this was a sequel to Gate, but it is actually a completely separate thing. Synopsis from AniList:

THE NEW GATE—an online game transformed into a life-and-death struggle for its players. Thanks to the valiant efforts of Shin, the most powerful of them all, an end to the game and freedom for everyone seemed within reach. But just moments after Shin defeats the game’s final boss, he finds himself bathed in an unknown light and transported some 500 years into the future of the in-game world. Thrown from a simple game gone wrong into a strange new land, one young swordsman of unrivalled strength is about to embark on a legendary journey!

Slated for release sometime in 2024.

In another world.. sent to another world?

We’ve gone full circle

I guess it is like if Kirito were to get isekai'ed? I wasn't familiar with this series at all, but it is rated pretty well on MangaDex, so might give it a glance to see what I think.

That is exactly my thought reading the synopsis— this sounds exactly like the shitty isekai spin-off to SAO that never happened. Even the MC looks similar, just needs to be dual wielding to complete the look.
