I like the concept of a month-long squat fitness challenge but I personally don't jive with the notion of having to follow two Instagram accounts daily to get the next day's program description. My life requires a bit more advance notice than that.
Yeah. F that. Put the program on the website for those of us who aren’t using Instagram.
I'm annoyed by it too, but you can see the posts without logging in. You think I have an instagram account?
Not for everyone. I’m hit with a login screen when I try to view any of the accounts.
