3,000 is way too low, are they just making these numbers up?

Russia has visually confirmed losses of 3,400 tanks. The actual number will be much higher.

Thanks for the link! I didn't know there's a second open intel project visually tracking losses.

Maybe the truth is closer to 3,200 properly visually confirmed.
