Yummy man flesh
I know it's a fun joke but human meat, especially modern humans, is pretty nasty tasting. It's why sharks usually only take one bite.
Maneaters like tigers and lions still find us disgusting but they are lazy and can easily get in the habit of preferring the easier prey.
Oily and bitter mostly, its all the processed fats in our diets.
I bet we have a lot of microplastics and terrible marbling
