It's not worth splitting up with your sister over this stuff. There's more to life than politics. You need to both calm down, sit down and figure out each other's red lines, and then avoid stepping over them.
Oh, I still love her, in fact, we never argue. But it bothers me a little because she works for the Home Office.
There’s nothing you can do to change that. If you try to forcefully convince her to change, that’ll only build resentment and cause her to dig in further.
A person needs to come to realizations about their job themselves.
Thus is not worth burning your relationship with her over. But I’d she ever wants to change, be there to support her.

There is no such thing as a “perfect” communist. Not to mention you cannot choose your family.
Fidel’s family owned a massive plantation and owned servants. Mao’s family were incredibly wealthy capitalists, and so forth.
What matters most if your actions. Not the actions of others. Merely associating with a family member who works in the Home office is not some horrific sin. It’s not like she’s a devout Neo-Nazi or something akin to that.
