Disney World is arguing a man cannot sue it over the death of his wife because of terms he signed up to in a free trial of Disney+.

It says Mr Piccolo agreed to these terms of use when he signed up to a one month free trial of its streaming service, Disney+, in 2019.

As one Subaru Crosstrek owner recently learned the hard way, it bears repeating that all-wheel drive is not the same as four-wheel drive. A Subie owner posted a warning letter they received a month after driving on Colorado River Overlook Road in Canyonlands National Park to the r/NationalPark subreddit. The letter notes that this particular road is restricted to 4WD vehicles only, and the Crosstrek is equipped with AWD, not 4WD. It also warns that they may face serious consequences if they’re caught taking an AWD car on a 4WD-only trail again.

A Texas man has been arrested and charged with hiding explosives under toilet seats at Bexar County car washes that went off and injured three people, one of them a child.

Police said that Paul Moses Alden booby-trapped toilet seats with commercial fireworks at two car washes. The booby-traps were desisgned to explode when pressure was applied, KENS reported.

Investigators said surveillance footage showed Alden going into and then leaving the restrooms, then watching from the lobby until the explosions took place and leaving the facility.

Employees said they identified Alden because he was a regular customer who had a membership card.
