Are some peertube instances/channels not being federated with lemmy.world? (lemmy.world)

I am trying to post more from peertube than youtube/other sources, just to help out some of the creators (And share stuff I find interesting).

I am finding that not all channels or instances are being federated within lemmy.world.

For example: https://lemmy.world/c/[email protected]

Has only one video show up. https://lemmy.world/c/[email protected]

has videos up to 3 months show up.

And https://lemmy.world/c/[email protected] doesn't show up at all.

https://lemmy.world/u/[email protected] has everything up to 3 months.

Almost none of my subscribed peertube creators have the most recent videos up, even when I use search on lemmy.world. Im not sure what is going on. Any ideas?

Yes, I am from MBin and I can confirm that it works fine for me
