Luigi's Manifesto (www.kenklippenstein.com)

“To the Feds, I'll keep this short, because I do respect what you do for our country. To save you a lengthy investigation, I state plainly that I wasn't working with anyone. This was fairly trivial: some elementary social engineering, basic CAD, a lot of patience. The spiral notebook, if present, has some straggling notes and To Do lists that illuminate the gist of it. My tech is pretty locked down because I work in engineering so probably not much info there. I do apologize for any strife of traumas but it had to be done. Frankly, these parasites simply had it coming. A reminder: the US has the #1 most expensive healthcare system in the world, yet we rank roughly #42 in life expectancy. United is the [indecipherable] largest company in the US by market cap, behind only Apple, Google, Walmart. It has grown and grown, but as our life expectancy? No the reality is, these [indecipherable] have simply gotten too powerful, and they continue to abuse our country for immense profit because the American public has allwed them to get away with it. Obviously the problem is more complex, but I do not have space, and frankly I do not pretend to be the most qualified person to lay out the full argument. But many have illuminated the corruption and greed (e.g.: Rosenthal, Moore), decades ago and the problems simply remain. It is not an issue of awareness at this point, but clearly power games at play. Evidently I am the first to face it with such brutal honesty.”

Post got removed in .world for not being a "news source" even though Klippenstein is definitely a very established independent journalist, so trying again here I guess.

Reporters yesterday mocked the hypocrisy of US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller during a press briefing, where he stated that the US supports the ICC case against ex-Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad but opposes cases against Israeli officials, including Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu who has led his country to carry out a genocide in the besieged Gaza Strip.

Everybody loves MAHA — because nobody knows what it really is.

Earlier this fall, Florida officials ordered transgender women in the state’s prisons to submit to breast exams. As part of a new policy for people with gender dysphoria, prison medical staff ranked the women’s breast size using a scale designed for adolescents. Those whose breasts were deemed big enough were allowed to keep their bras. Everyone else had to surrender theirs, along with anything else considered “female,” such as women’s underwear and toiletry items.

The examinations came after people who had been diagnosed with gender dysphoria by the prison system’s own providers were brought into meetings at the end of September and told of the prisons’ new policy, which would make it nearly impossible for them to get hormone therapy and other gender-affirming medical care, according to interviews and emails with more than a dozen transgender women who said they attended the meetings.

Josie Takach, who is incarcerated in a men’s facility south of Tallahassee, said a male doctor told her to lift up her shirt, then glanced at her breasts and wrote something down without saying a word. When she tried to ask a question, a nurse “told me not to ask any questions and to just shut up and do what I’m told,” she recalled.

“It felt like I was being treated less than human,” she said.

The state’s chapter of the ACLU sued Florida’s Department of Corrections, which operates the prisons, in late October, calling the policy draconian and arguing it amounts to an unconstitutional ban on gender-affirming care. The new policy is the latest maneuver in the culture war around transgender people’s civil rights in the Sunshine State. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis championed a raft of anti-trans legislation, including a law passed last year that prohibited children with gender dysphoria from accessing treatments like puberty blockers and hormone therapy. A similar law in Tennessee was the subject of arguments in a case before the U.S. Supreme Court last week.

Too much stuff just doesn't add up to me.

  1. His family is very rich. They own at least one country club, possibly multiple, and he graduated from an Ivy League school. The wealthy class have phenomenal healthcare in the US so why would anyone rich want to whack a healthcare CEO?
  2. Why would any intelligent killer keep the murder weapon, the jacket he was wearing, the fake ID he used near the scene, and a manifesto on his person a week later? How incredibly convenient for the pigs to find.
  3. Why would any intelligent killer, with a wealthy family, be out in public at a McDonald's less than a week later, and not lying low on family property somewhere for months?
  4. Why does Luigi have such an obvious digital footprint when the Adjuster planned so well? In less than a day the media dug up stuff like his Goodreads account.
  5. Why do the photos the NYPD released look like at least 2 different men?
  6. Why did a grand jury indict Luigi so fast?

I think the real Adjuster is still out there and the pigs are absolutely desperate to have a "solved" class warfare incident. Luigi is either a plant or he's unlucky to have been nearby, doing "Suspicious Stuff", and is being framed with plenty of planted evidence.

Edit: Luigi claimed in his bail hearing that he had no clue where the $8,000 in cash he was "arrested with" came from and suggested it was planted on him. The prosecutors used it to deny him bail on the basis that he was "evading authorities". The pigs also claimed he had an additional $2000 in "foreign currency" on him, and that to me sounds like an obvious lie or plant to make him look like he intended to leave the country and get his bail denied

"We are raising funds to support a critical legal defense in the fight against unchecked corporate power and a system that continues to favor the few over everyone else. This case isn't just about one individual—it's about challenging a status quo that protects the interest of the powerful at the expense of justice and fairness," read one of the fundraising pages that was quickly removed by GoFundMe.

The Biden Environmental Protection Agency today prohibited all uses of the toxic solvent trichloroethylene, or TCE. The rule is a crucial victory in efforts to tackle health harms, like cancer, that TCE exposure can cause.

The agency also banned all consumer uses of the chemical perchloroethylene, or perc, which is used for dry cleaning and automotive care products. Perc has been linked to health harms, including damage to the kidneys, liver and the immune system.
