Indian part is irrelevant. If the headline said 'Jewish CEO' everyone would be rightfully calling it anti-Semitic.

There is nothing about Indians that make them more likely to be parasitic CEOs, not even historical circumstances, in fact, more than 80% of Indians earn less than $300 a month.
The worst Indians with lots of money and privilege (often belonging to higher castes) end up as parasites in the West. While the less privileged Indians end up working (and dying) in horrible conditions.
